August 2012:
It’s been another busy month, since I last updated the blog. BTW, I added photos to the previous posting today.
We started the month at our Family Reunion in Illinois. We had fun. Eric played some games with the other kids and won some prizes. Eric always enjoys the reunion. The park is huge with a lot of room to run around.
As we were packing the car to go to the reunion, Eric helped carry some of the stuff from the house to the car. As he carried our little cooler, I was reminded of a time a couple years ago that he tried to pick it up on his first camping trip. He could barely walk, and he certainly was not able to lift the cooler.

Eric and Mommy came to have lunch with me at the office one day a couple weeks ago. Isn’t he just so cute!?
Eric insisted on taking Mickey Mouse with us on a trip one day. I don’t remember where we were going, but he waited patiently on the front porch, while we loaded stuff into the car.
August is time for the Indiana State Fair again! We went on Sunday in the middle of the fair. Eric had a blast. We walked around, looked at the Lego exhibit, rode on some rides, ate some fair food, and rode the train around the fair grounds. It was a lot of fun!
